To open an account on the a44 platform, you must be at least 18 years of age. At the time of registration, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep that information up to date at all times. Each user may only open one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. It is your own responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to us immediately.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the platform. Any attempt at fraudulent activity, software manipulation, or harming other users is strictly prohibited. a44 reserves the right to investigate or suspend accounts in cases of any suspicious activity. It is everyone's responsibility to maintain respectful conduct toward other users. Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities of the platform may result in permanent account closure.

All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and must be completed through the designated payment methods. Deposited funds must come only from your own bank account or mobile banking — third-party funds are not accepted. Withdrawal requests may take a certain amount of time to process and may require identity verification. In cases of suspicious transactions, a44 may request additional verification. Any transactions associated with money laundering or illegal financial activity will be immediately cancelled.

Each game has its own rules which should be read carefully before starting to play. If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, a44 reserves the right to cancel or restart that round. Live game results are final and generally cannot be changed, though they may be reviewed in the case of a proven technical error. For Sports Betting, bets are settled after the official results are published. In the event of any dispute, a44's decision shall be considered final.

Accepting any bonus or promotional offer from a44 automatically makes the associated wagering terms and conditions applicable. A specified amount must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn, as stated in the details of each offer. Any attempt to take advantage of bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled. Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled after the bonus expiry date. a44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

You may request to voluntarily close your account at any time and we will process it as quickly as possible. In the event of a breach of the terms and conditions, a44 may suspend or close an account without prior notice. As part of responsible gaming, you can set your own deposit limits, bet limits, or self-exclusion. If there is any valid balance at the time of account closure, it will be returned in accordance with the designated process. The balance of accounts closed due to fraud may be forfeited.
